Again, I have to preface this with the fact that Kerry doesn't thrill me, but he doesn't seem to have massive campaigns against him like Bush does. They worry about Kerry's "flip-flopping", non-presence for voting in Congress, etc. It still pales in comparison to the things a sitting President is capable of doing...especially one who the infamous Bobby Fischer called "borderline retarded".
